Chili With Meat OR Vegetarian Recipe

This Chili can be made EITHER Meatless OR with Meat.

What do you prefer meat in your chili or meatless chili?

This recipe was originally given to me as a Meatless Chili recipe.  Of course my husband thinks he cannot survive without meat in a meal so I throw in a pound of ground sirloin for him and everyone is happy.

Here are the ingredients that you'll need:

This is a 1 pot dump everything in and call it a day!  So Easy!

Chili With Meat OR Vegetarian Recipe:

2 (15 oz) Black Beans (drained)
2 (15 oz) Northern Beans (drained)
2 (15 oz Kidney Beans~ Chili flavored (DO NOT DRAIN)
3 (28 oz) Spiced Diced tomatoes
1 onion sautéed
Chili Powered flavored to your liking

**If you need meat in your chili add 1lb ground Sirloin

Dump all into a large stock pot.  Cook on stove for 1/2 hour.  Makes a lot and can freeze.  Enjoy!

  1. Chili is great for this time of year!! .... Brrrr I have a similar recipe I make in the crock pot and love the Brooks chili beans for a great starter. We are meat people, but I usually make with ground turkey or half ground turkey for a little healthier version. Thanks for sharing :-)
