Dump Tortellini Soup using a Slow Cooker (EASY)

Crockpot Dump Tortellini Soup

OK, I know we are in full swing of summer right now...FINALLY!  But I had to share this tasty and EASY recipe for Tortellini Soup.  My friend Traci served this for a group of ladies and it was a HIT!

Dump all ingredients in slow cooker 
 Turn it on for 3-4 hours
 Just stir and serve!.

Crockpot Dump Tortellini Soup

Recipe type: Crockpot, Main, Soup
Serves: 6-8
  • 1-20oz bag of fresh tortellini (I use Buitoni's 3-cheese)
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 2 - 15oz cans of diced tomatoes

  • 4 cups of chicken broth (I would even use 5 cups OR just add 1 cup water)
  • 1 - 8oz block of cream cheese, broken into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in your crockpot and stir them around to combine.
  2. Turn your crockpot on high and cook for 3-4 hours.
  3. Stir again to mix up the melted cream cheese and serve.
