Greek Pasta Salad

Recently, I was invited to a potluck dinner.  I wasn't sure what I would bring and I did not want to go to the grocery store AGAIN!  So I decided to look in my cupboards and fridge and I found I had pasta and some zucchini and feta.

I decided that I would make a Greek Pasta Salad.  I have NEVER made a Greek Pasta salad but I had a good idea what I wanted in it,

Here are the ingredients I used:

I chopped 1 zucchini and then saute it. I also chopped up 1 large tomato and added it to the bowl.

I boiled the noodles (of your choice) as directed.

I added Feta Cheese to the very hot noodles.  Mix together.

This was a COMPLETE hit at the potluck!  Even men were giving compliments about how great this was!

1 package of pasta~Boiled
1 Zucchinni~Saute
1 tomato chopped
1 LARGE container of Feta Cheese
1 or 2 cruets of Homemade Greek Dressing

Boil the pasta noodles as directed.  1 Zucchini chopped and saute.  1 large tomato chopped.  Mix in a large bowl.  Add 1/2 container of the Feta cheese on top of the warm pasta noodles.  The feta will melt in (yum). Mix.  Add 1 cruet of Homemade Greek Dressing.  Mix Well!  Top with additional Feta Cheese.  Add more Homemade Greek dressing if needed before you serve.
