STRAWBERRY CAPRESE SALAD~
You will LOVE this Salad!!
Add White Balsamic Vinegar, minced garlic, Brown Sugar, Salt and Pepper in a large bowl.
Add Olive Oil slowly and fresh Basil
and fresh Mozzerella
Combine all together and chill for at least 2 hours.
In another bowl, cut strawberries
30 minutes BEFORE you are ready to serve, add Strawberries to the Basil/Mozzarella mixture and combine.
Strawberry Caprese Salad
3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/3 cup chopped Fresh Basil
1 (8 oz) tub of FRESH mozzarella balls (Pearl size)
Whisk together white balsamic vinegar, mince garlic, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add Olive Oil in a slow and steady stream whisking constantly. Add basil and mozzarella balls. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir in strawberries 30 minutes before serving. Can serve over fresh arugula or as an appetizer if serve on toasted French bread baguettes slices.
