Easy Tip when Dipping into Melted Chocolate...

Life just got a Little easier!!

My first attempt at making Chocolate Covered Pretzels.  So here is a great tip I learned.

Melt your chocolate in a glass pint jar in the microwave.  (10 seconds at a time and stir after each 10 second period).  Take a crock pot and fill will hot water and turn on high.  Put the pint jar into the crock of water. This keeps the chocolate at a good temp to continue your dipping of Pretzel rods.

Use a spoon to coat the rod

Put on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet to set up
