Sliders that are DELISH!!

recipe for a crowd
Sliders that are easy to make. The recipe...

Is VERY easy to make.

Dinner Rolls with middles cut out waiting to be filled

Heating all the ingredients together (except pickles)

Easy assembly of the Sliders

Easy Slider Recipe:
1 lb. Ground Sirloin
1 lb. Ground Round
1 cup Water
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3 Tbsp. Real Mayo (NOT Miracle Whip)
1 Package (2 cups) finely shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
24 Sara Lee Classic Dinner Rolls
or
24 Hawaiian Rolls
Dill Pickle Chips (drained)

In pan, brown ALL meats with the water and let it boil.  Chop it up as it is browning.  Drain.  Cut dinner rolls into 1/3.  Take out the middle.  You can toast this part up and make croutons or bread crumbs later. **(IF you use Hawaiian rolls you do NOT need to cut the middles out~just cut in half)

Now add rest of the ingredients (except pickles and diner rolls).  Heat up and mix together.  Take about a Tablespoon or more of this mix and put onto each of the rolls.  Top with 2 pickle chips.  These can be made 2 hours ahead, covered with foil and warmed in a 350 degrees oven for about 10-15 minutes.  Enjoy!
